YOUR TEAM

You’d be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research.

Within the team, your main responsibilities will be:

  •  Management of service desk activities and assistance to user problems, both on-site and remotely
  • First level support to all the requests and planning of interventions for hardware and software issues
  • Installation and configuration of IT assets
  • Cooperation with the other ICT offices to manage standard changes and higher-level requests

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU SHINE

  • A degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline Or a high-school diploma with an experience in the IT field.
  • Problem-solving skill
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems
  • Previous experience in computer hardware maintenance
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of TCP/IP networks
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English

EXTRA AWESOME

  • Prior Experience with IT Service Management
  • ITILv3 certification, or newer
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management methods
  • Specific knowledge of audio/video systems management for events
  • Previous experience in Research Centers/Institutions
  • Certifications for the required skills
