YOUR TEAM
You will be working in the IIT Projects Office, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Prepare project reports and audits in coordination with the administrative resources responsible for the project
- Preparation and archiving of supporting documents for the expenses incurred in order to prepare the documentation for reporting
- Collaborate in the management and administrative monitoring of projects
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- diploma and /or degree preferably in economic / financial disciplines
- excellent knowledge of the office package (in particular Excel)
- good command of spoken and written English
- organization skills according to priorities and deadlines
- experience in the role of at least one / two years
