The Department of Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering is looking for two motivated
Postdoctoral researchers to join the Industrial Chemistry group
The positions and requirements are as follow:
1) In this position, you will have a chance to be a part of research project that is focused on Electrochemical hydrogenation and oxidation of biomass monomers. Your task will include research on the electrode catalysts as well as the whole device and develop a team on the close topic.
This international consortium project offers a great opportunity to interact with the leading groups in EU. We expect the new post-doc to organize internal and potential external resources and to have the ambition and courage to extend the sub-group to a leading position in the world.
We expect you to have research record in the frontiers of electrocatalysis, reaction engineering and micro-channel reactor design. You must have a PhD degree in a relevant field and have education background in chemical engineering.
2) In this position, your research topic will be Hybrid separator/membrane in non-aqueous flow battery.
We expect you to have a PhD degree in a relevant field and education in chemical engineering with strong research experience on hybrid membrane and electrochemistry, ambitious in academic career and leadership for a sub-group
You will join the skilled Industrial Chemistry group lead by prof. Yongdan Li.

The expected starting salary for a recently graduated PhD in a postdoctoral researcher position is approximately 3560€/month. The salary will increase with responsibilities and performance over time. This is a fixed-term one year position, with possibility of extension.
