The Campaign and Alumni Relations Office (CARO) engages our 320,000 strong global alumni community and secures donations, volunteering and advocacy for the University. We are seeking a customer-focussed professional to lead the provision of efficient operational support for our work. You will play a crucial role in the leadership of CARO and manage the delivery of CARO-wide people activities.

You will oversee areas such as business planning and performance monitoring; programme and project management; gift and mail processing; gift acceptance & reporting; data processing, analytics and data protection; office internal communications and PA support. The role also ensures implementation of the University’s standards for HR, EDI, Financial Management, Purchasing, Health & Safety, and Risk Management. You will lead a team of around c 13 colleagues, supporting c 65 colleagues overall in CARO.

This position is offered on a permanent contract. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours); however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 21.75 hours per week).
