Salary: £33,348 to £44,414 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to apply your passion and expertise in data management, reporting and analysis, as part of the Information Management Team which is responsible for the proactive management of 350,000+ records for alumni, volunteers and donors to the university. 

As Information Manager (Reporting & Analysis) you will: 

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards and KPIs 
  • Carry out analysis to provide insight and inform the work of CARO 
  • Develop and manage processes to improve data quantity, quality and insight 
  • Select and prepare data for large-scale communications, including fundraising appeals

This role is available on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours); however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 21.75 hours per week). CARO is responsible for generating and coordinating philanthropic and volunteering support for the future development and success of the University. 

We bring our global alumni community together through our alumni programme ‘Connected we Thrive’ which provides relevant, beneficial and engaging activities and communications through which alumni can gain professional skills and insights or find personal motivation and inspiration.  

Through this activity we build a pool of engaged alumni, willing to advocate for the University, give their time to benefit students, staff or other alumni, or donate financially to support the student experience and world changing research.
