UoNO is a new investment and venture for the University of Nottingham and a key component of our strategy to be ‘a university without borders’. It will engage a new and diverse community of learners who are seeking alternatives to traditional on-campus learning, but expect equally outstanding learner experiences underpinned by robust quality and assurance. This role will help make it happen.
We are seeking an experienced operations manager with an eye for detail and the determination needed to ensure policy and process is embedded across UoNO’s operations. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to design and implement the ways of working that will enable UoNO to be both successful and grow. You will play an important part in ensuring UoNO operates within regulatory and compliance frameworks and will be a pivotal interface between UoNO and central University teams.

This position is offered on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours per week), however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
