The People Services Team in the School of Medicine is a friendly and welcoming team looking to appoint a part-time People Services Administrator to support a varied range of administrative processes.

As an enthusiastic team player, you will work within established procedures with little supervision to deliver the team’s activities. Your excellent planning and organisation skills will help you to organise your day-to-day work activities, manage multiple requests simultaneously without compromising on quality or accuracy and plan ahead to deliver future activity. Your ability to be proactive and continually improve will ensure our processes are, lean, effective and deliver an excellent customer service.

As a people orientated individual, your excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills will enable you to converse effectively and confidently with staff across the wider school on a range of administrative processes.

In return we aim to give you all the encouragement you need to foster your talent, develop and reach your professional and personal career goals.

This post is available on a fixed-term contract until 25 October 2023. Hours are part-time, (21.75 hours per week), worked Monday to Wednesday. This post is available to start immediately.

Requests for secondment from internal candidates may be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.

Informal enquiries may be addressed to stephanie.everitt@nottingham.ac.uk or gail.chettle@nottingham.ac.uk . Please note that applications sent directly to these emails will not be accepted.
