We are seeking to appoint three Programme Directors who will each lead the delivery of a single strategic project at a time, being assigned to a new programme of work as a programme draws to a close and moves into ‘business as usual’. The Programme Director will oversee and coordinate a suite of projects and workstreams which make up the programme.   They will also work closely with stakeholders across the University and external partners, ensuring that the programme supports the successful delivery of the relevant University strategic delivery plan(s) and championing the initiative internally and externally. The successful candidates will be assigned to the leadership of one of the following in the first instance.; Castle Meadow Campus, Strategic Direction for Medicine and Health Sciences or ‘Project Stay’ Further details on each of these can be found in the Role Profile.

You will have proven leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate and communicate strategic vision and decision making and a successful track record of planning and driving the delivery of major strategic programmes by leading a high performing programme team in a senior role in Higher Education or the public sector. You will enjoy building effective, collaborative working relationships with colleagues working in Operational through to Executive Leadership roles while achieving results and driving forward progression.
