We believe individual and collective achievements should be in balance. That is why we assess both individual and team performance. We stimulate good academic leadership at all levels. Last but not least, we encourage researchers to share the results of scientific research with society so collectively we can achieve more and increase the university’s contribution to society. We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who subscribes these values.

  • You have scientific creativity and productivity, as evident in recent (international) peer-reviewed publications.
  • You have a record of research grant acquisition and international collaboration and visibility.
  • You are a team player and have excellent social skills. You have experience with supervising (junior) staff members as well.
  • You have relevant clinical experience as evidenced by actual working experience in the field of mental health care and/or by clinical registrations (e.g., as licensed cognitive behavioural therapist, psychotherapist, and/or clinical psychologist).
  • You hold a Senior Qualification in teaching or research, or you are willing to acquire this qualification(s) in the near future.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch at an academic level.

We offer an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, social and dedicated team.
