The Research and Knowledge Exchange (RKE) Business Analysis and Reporting Manager leads the Research Strategic Management and Performance team, supporting and monitoring delivery against the University’s Research and Knowledge Exchange strategies.
A key focus of this role is to lead the continued development and implementation of the performance and reporting framework for RKE which supports the University in evidence-based decision making, monitoring its performance and delivery against its goals as well as meeting the expectations of external funders in relation to high quality research outputs and outcomes.
We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills who can help us realise Nottingham’s Research & Knowledge Exchange ambitions.
A strong understanding of the higher education sector and the role that key metrics play in helping the university achieve its aims is crucial and you will need excellent problem-solving and communication skills with demonstrable experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders to gather and present findings to non-specialists in a clear and concise way.
This position is offered on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours per week), however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
