The Computational Mathematics Group at the University of Zurich has openings for a PhD position (3+1 years) and a PostDoc position (2+1/2 years) in the field of numerical analysis of wave propagation problem and of non-conforming discretizations of flow problems.
Your responsibilities
The successful candidates will find excellent conditions to conduct their
research and also participate in teaching activities of the Institute of Mathematics.
Your profile
Master/diploma in Mathematics, very good knowledge in numerical analysis and good knowledge in programming.
Starting salary PhD: CHF 58’800.
Starting salary Postdoc: CHF 72’638.
