YOUR TEAM
Rehab Technologies, a multicultural and multi-disciplinary group, where experts in engineering, robotics and medicine collaborate, is seeking to appoint a Scientific Project Manager that will have a key role on planning, managing, monitoring and implementing the activities necessary for the successful completion of a large-scale research project on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics for Healthcare, where IIT is the Coordinator.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinating the consortium, controlling the overall workplan and monitoring its proper implementation of deliverables, milestones and workflow, according to the project plans, supporting the scientific management team;
- Designing operative plan and tasks of the project, its implementation and accomplishments according to the Technical Annex, supporting the scientific management team;
- Monitoring the scientific, technical and financial advancement and, if necessary, supporting the scientific management team to adopt corrective measures;
- Supervising and managing of communication and dissemination activities;
- Supervising and managing of exploitation plan and activities foreseen;
- Supporting the generation of data management planning;
- Supporting the management of Intellectual Property Rights (according to the provisions of the Consortium Agreement).
- Collecting, reviewing and submitting technical and financial reports, other deliverables (including financial statements) and specific requested documents to the Funding Authority;
- Preparing the meetings, (proposing decisions and preparing the agenda, preparing the minutes of the meetings) and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings;
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- A Master or bachelor degree in scientific disciplines or economics, management
- Experience in of economic-financial planning for projects
- Excellent skills in time and priority management
- Experience in reporting and data analisys
- Experience in communication, particularly in dissemination activities
- Problem solving skills
- A cooperative approach with the stakeholders
- Accuracy and good analytical skills
- Good spoken and written English
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- A PhD in a scientific discipline
- Attitude towards innovation and creativity
- Experience at cooperating in a challenging and international environment
