Applications are invited for the post of Career Mentoring Manager within the Careers and Employability Service, University Park. The successful candidate will be joining a large service which is committed to working together to combine the skills, insights and experience of teams working directly with students, academics, employers and other stakeholders, with those of our enabling teams to develop and deliver a consistently high level of service and professional standards.
The Careers Mentoring Manager will lead the development and delivery of the Careers and Employability Service’s mentoring activity. Working closely with colleagues within and beyond the Careers and Employability Service you will lead the review of our successful existing programme and develop and deliver our new approach, working with students, our alumni and key colleagues to shape developments.
The successful candidate will have skills and experience in building effective partnerships and collaborations, excellent organisational skills, experience of delivering a quality service and an interest in student development.

This position is offered on a part-time (21.75 hours per week), permanent contract and roles will typically start at the bottom of the grading, except in exceptional circumstances.
