Our HR department is transforming. We have an exciting opportunity to join our newly formed, growing team of Organisational Development professionals working to put our people at the heart of everything we do. This is a newly established role with an opportunity to grow and develop.
In the role of OD Project Adviser you will design and deliver projects, strategies and interventions that will underpin the University of Nottingham’s transformation. Supporting the OD Managers you will have a focus on priorities including employee engagement, culture, and organisational leadership, you will contribute to the delivery of the OD strategy and embed appropriate initiatives.
Reporting to the OD Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team and a group of people who are passionate about development in all its forms. We are ambitious for our people, and keen to ensure they realise their potential.
You will have a proven track record of relevant work experience in the field of Organisational Development, demonstrating excellent practical and theoretical knowledge through experience of experience of successfully leading projects or change management initiatives within a HR/OD context or experience of participation in initiatives with a commitment to continuous organisational improvement and the ability to support change.

This opportunity is offered on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours per week); however, applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week). We offer hybrid working arrangements with blended approach of home and office working each week.
