We are inviting applications for a Student Experience Coordinator role to join our Student Experience Team, part of the Education Centre in the School of Medicine.

We are seeking an enthusiastic team worker who has the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be friendly, proactive and self-motivated and not fazed by frequently changing priorities and demands. We are expecting that you will have A levels (or equivalent), English and Maths at GCSE (or equivalent) OR substantial relevant work experience, plus excellent IT skills and a proven ability to work to tight deadlines.

In this role, you will co-ordinate the administration of our Undergraduate (UG) Medicine Students Experience within the school and provide and excellent level of support to the Leadership Team. The Student Experience Co-ordinator provides comprehensive administration support and coordination of activities and initiatives associated with the student experience for the School.

You will manage a variety of relationships with a range of stakeholders, regularly handling confidential information. Liaising with central support services, academic staff, students union and the wider UG programmes steam, you will be key to ensuring the smooth delivery of key student experience activities. We will provide full training on all aspects of the role for the successful candidate.

You will play a key role in the creation of an engaging student experience plan, developing initiatives to deliver a wide variety of creative activities for the programmes within the School of Medicine.

The post is based at the Education Centre, in the Queens Medical Centre at Nottingham, however, you will be asked to travel to other hospital sites in the East Midlands as part of the role.

The post is offered on a permanent contract. Working hours are full-time (36.25 hours per week); however, job share arrangements may be considered.
