Our HR department is transforming. We have an exciting opportunity to join our newly formed, growing team of Organisational Development professionals working to put our people at the heart of everything we do. This is a newly established role with an opportunity to grow and develop.
In the role of OD Projects Officer you will design and deliver interventions that will underpin the University of Nottingham’s transformation. Supporting the OD Managers and Advisers you will have a focus on priorities including employee engagement, culture, and organisational leadership, you will contribute to the delivery of the OD strategy and embed appropriate initiatives.
Reporting to the OD Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team and a group of people who are passionate about development in all its forms. We are ambitious for our people, and keen to ensure they realise their potential.
You will be able to demonstrate relevant experience in the field of OD and have experience of experience of working on OD based projects both individually and as part of a team. You will be able to demonstrate experience of project work which has embedding change or behaviour and experience of experience of facilitating workshops and be able to work well within a team.

This opportunity is offered on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours per week); however, applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week). We offer hybrid working arrangements with blended approach of home and office working each week.
