Course description: Students will learn to improve relationship building skills and learn to love networking. In this workshop, students will learn essential communication skills on how to shift their mindset from seeing networking as a necessary evil to creating opportunities for discovery, learning, and reaching their goals.
Estimated course enrollment: ~ 30 students

Class schedule: 2-hour seminar-style workshops; occurring Tuesdays or Thursdays between 10am -7pm
Sessional dates of appointment: September 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021
Salary:
Sessional Lecturer I – $4,244.83
Sessional Lecturer I – Long Term – $4,434.63
Sessional Lecturer II – $4,542.79
Sessional Lecturer III – $4,650.95

Minimum qualifications: PhD with equivalent professional and/or academic experience is preferred.
Description of duties: Preparation and delivery of course content, including lectures and/or seminars; creation of courseware; the development and administration of assignments, tests and examinations; marking and grading of student work and the submission of grades to appropriate University officials, maintenance of reasonable hours of student contact outside of scheduled contact hours.
