At the University of Nottingham we are seeking a passionate and dynamic leader to join the Registry and Academic Affairs department to support the Director in delivering an outstanding student journey and academic services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the experience of our students and supporting them to achieve their goals.
In this post you will have responsibility for leading and directing strategic projects that will feed directly into the education, student experience and professional services agenda, delivering against departmental KPI’s and delivering a best in class service to our schools and departments.
You will lead on the planning and delivery of the Registry and Academic Affairs department’s programmes and projects in line with overarching strategy. In addition, you will provide leadership and supportive management to the department to foster a culture of high performance and student-centred service excellence.
To be successful you must possess excellent stakeholder management skills with emotional intelligence to work with the breadth of colleagues across the University and with external partners.

This is a full time position (36.25 hours), however, applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work less than full time (minimum 29 hours per week). This position is offered on a fixed term contract to 31 July 2025. This opportunity has become available due to the secondment of the substantive role holder to lead a university strategic programme.
